SAFE-T is able to provide ummeasurable services due to the many volunteers that assist with our programs. Some of these areas:
Shelter: Transportation, advocacy, babysitting, computer classes, cooking, yard upkeep, grocery shopping,cleaning, and answering the hotline.
Office: Filing, answering the phones, cleaning, miscellaneous jobs.
Resale Store (Mt. Pleasant : sorting donations, assisting customers, tagging, pricing, pick-up of items, and checkout.
Outreach: Public speaking, assisting with fairs, taking call for sexual assault and domestic violence at the local hospital.
On call: to respond to the local hospitals for sexual assault victims. Special training needed.
